Company Structure and Management

 

Rosella was bought by Sabrand in April 2013 after going into receivership in December 2012 and closing all its factories.  Sabrand is a family owned private company run by Daniel Presser located in Victoria. 

 

Within Rosella there is a series of departments that deal with the:

• Production, Quality Control, Distribution and Transportation of Rosella's products from their South Australia and Victoria factories to stockists such as Coles and Woolworths.  This team includes factory workers, drivers and management staff. 

• The Sales and Marketing Team liaise with stockists, media and advertising agencies to ensure Rosella’s products and brand is growing.

• The Accounting and Finance department include pay officers, accountants and analysts.  They track the movement of costs inwards and outwards from the business and ensure profitable growth is maintained whilst employing staff. 

• The Business Development and Human Resources team help research and gauge the market to ensure Rosella products meet consumer needs through branding, regular surveys and analysing the market.  The Human Resource team ensure all workers are happy within their roles in Rosella.
